COO a ATA CARNET CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (COO)

This is a document on the non-preferential origin of the goods, which is necessary for trade with certain countries or with certain commodities. Determining the non-preferential origin of goods is a key part of international trade.

Certificate of origin (COO)

We will issue the relevant document for you and ensure its confirmation at the Chamber of Commerce (CC) of the Czech Republic.

WHAT WE WILL NEED:

  • Power of Attorney
  • Order
  • To confirm the European origin of the goods, a copy of your export invoice
  • For confirmation of non-European origin, also proof of this origin or of import into the EU

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN AFTER PROCESSING:

  • We will send a copy for the recipient by post or courier to the designated address abroad
  • We will send the copy for the exporter by post or courier to the designated address in the Czech Republic or the EU
  • We will also send a copy of the document in electronic form

DOCUMENT CONFIRMATION AT THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS IN PROGRESS:

  • Normally within three working days
  • Express within 24 hours

Currently, the issuance of this document is required for trade between EU countries and Turkey.

ATA CARNET

It is an international document for customs purposes, which is used for the temporary export of goods exempt from customs duties and taxes. You can use this document for business samples, professional equipment, scientific research material, or for a presentation offer at various fairs and exhibitions around the world.

ATA CARD LIMITATIONS:

  • time – the validity period of the carnet is a maximum of 1 year from the date of issue, the customs authorities can reduce the validity period accordingly
  • territorial – the carnet can only be used in the contracting countries, of which there are currently 78
  • The ATA Carnet cannot be used for items exported for processing, repairs, consumer goods and goods for sale
  • material – ATA carnets can be used for temporary export and import of mainly the following items:
  • equipment needed for the performance of the profession (except for equipment intended for construction and earthworks)
  • business samples
  • goods intended for display or use at exhibitions and fairs
  • scientific research material

We will explain everything to you and help you prepare the documents for successfully obtaining an ATA carnet.

WHAT WE WILL NEED:

  • The customer’s signed contract with CC CZ
  • Other documents according to the agreement with regard to the specific case

Furthermore, the issued ATA Carnet must be opened at the Customs Office together with the presentation of the goods.
