Our employee benefits are constantly evolving. We strive to match what our employees need and like. We want these benefits to be a valuable addition to our employees’ financial compensation.

CURRENTLY OFFERED BENEFITS

25 DAYS HOLIDAY

We provide our employees with one week of vacation beyond the scope of the Labour Code, i.e. a total of 5 weeks of vacation.

WE CONTRIBUTE TO MEALS

Employees may use vouchers for the purchase of meals, provided in the form of an electronic card from one of the providers of these vouchers. We provide vouchers worth CZK 110/day, fully paid by the employer.

WE CONTRIBUTE TO PENSION AND LIFE INSURANCE

We contribute an interesting amount of money to employees who already have or newly conclude a supplementary pension contract with any pension fund in the Czech Republic. We also provide a contribution to life insurance.

WE CONTRIBUTE TO THE MULTISPORT CARD

We care about the fitness and health of our employees, so we contribute to a Multisport card that can be used daily not only in a wide range of sports facilities, but also for various family leisure activities.

WE CONTRIBUTE TO TRANSPORT

All employees are provided with a transport allowance, the amount of which is determined by the distance of their residence from the place of work. The allowance is provided for each day worked.

WE CONTRIBUTE TO HOLIDAYS

We support employee relaxation with a regular annual holiday allowance, which is provided before the summer season so that employees can take advantage of it in time when choosing their holidays.

WE OFFER DISCOUNTED MOBILE TARIFFS

One of the mobile operators operating on the Czech market provides discounted tariffs for both individual employees and their family members. Thus, our employees can benefit from a more favourable tariff not only for calls, but also for mobile data or digital TV broadcasting.

WE APPRECIATE WORK ANNIVERSARIES

We value the loyalty and stability of our employees who have been with us for a long time. We try to express this appreciation through bonuses in the form of Flexipasses, which employees receive as a token of our thanks on the occasion of work anniversaries (5 years, 10 years, …).

WE CONTRIBUTE TO THE MAINTENANCE OF CLOTHING

We also provide personal protective equipment to employees at our workplaces and contribute a monthly amount to their salaries for maintenance.

We are interested in the continuous development of the talents, knowledge and professional experience of our employees. We assess the interests and needs of our employees individually and organise training tailored to individual job roles.

SOCIAL AND SPORTING EVENTS FOR EMPLOYEES

We organise social and sporting events for our employees. We also support team meetings (workplaces across the country).

WE PROVIDE RECRUITMENT ALLOWANCES

For selected positions for which we are currently looking for key personnel, we offer a recruitment allowance.

In addition to the above, we offer the possibility of part-time work, recruitment allowances at selected workplaces, a company laptop, mobile phone or company car for some positions.
